Enjoy this with our fully certified and highly experienced team, guided by over 11 years of experience on this river, ensuring your adventure is both safe and fun.
We start at our eco-camping where you receive all the needed safety gear: a life jacket, helmet and neoprene wetsuit. Then we drive about 20 minutes by jeep or minivan to the starting location. Here, our guide(s) will give you clear instructions on how to work together as a paddling crew to navigate the river.
Next, it’s time to paddle through the Vjosa, surrounded by breathtaking mountains, quiet stretches perfect for soaking the view, and playful rapids that will make you laugh and splash along the way.
After the joy on the river, unwind back at our eco-camping, nestled in stunning nature. Take your time to relax, enjoy the views, and experience warm Albanian hospitality. As we say in Albania, “Shumë e bukur” – simply meaning “so beautiful”.

Arelta Tabuka, the daughter of Robert and Dona Tabaku, was the first woman in Albania to become a certified rafting guide. Having grown up near the river, she learned to navigate its waters from the age of 12 under the guidance of her father.
We use only top-quality safety equipment (helmets, life jackets, wetsuits) that meet international standards, regularly checked and maintained for your protection.
It’s possible to make rafting reservations for groups consisting of a minimum of 2 people. You can use the reservation form on this page and you will get a reservation confirmation in your email. Please arrive 10 minutes before the reservation time so we can make the required preparations.
